Welcome to the privacy policy of the Dr. Levinger Medical Centers Group and all companies comprising the group, including but not limited to: Eyes Vision Correction Medical Center Ltd, Atidim Med Ltd., Sheva Enaim BaNegev – Medical Center Ltd., Maayan – Medical Center For Consultation and Eye Surgeries Ltd., and any other company under the control of these companies or of the holders of controlling interests in them (“Dr. Levinger Medical Centers Group“, “We”,or “Us”).

We at the Dr. Levinger Medical Centers Group ascribe much importance to people’s right to privacy, take it very seriously, and invest a great deal of resources to protect it.
We find it important for the people we collect information about to have everything that they require, at any time, to make informed decisions regarding the information about them held by the Dr. Levinger Medical Centers Group.
By turning to the Dr. Levinger Medical Centers Group or using any of its services, you express your consent to the use of information about you as specified in the Privacy Policy.

Should you contact us to inquire about a service that we offer or to receive medical treatment at a medical center that we manage (the “Services”), we will collect information about you, beginning with the initial inquiry stage, as well as during the provision of the Services and afterwards.
This information includes general personal details about you (such as, but not limited to your: name, ID number, residential address, gender, date of birth, contact details, occupation and an image of your face) as well as any medical or other information about you that is necessary for us to provide the Services that you request, including medical information accumulated by us within the scope of the Services provided to you.
Additionally, in order to charge you or your insurers for the costs of the Services provided to you, we will also collect details regarding your means of payment, or details about your insurance coverage.
Beyond this, calls at our customer service call center are recorded for the purpose of control and improvement of our service.
Regarding the medical services, most of the data collected about you will be included in your medical record, which we are obligated to keep under the Patient’s Rights Law, 5756-1996 (the ”Patient’s Rights Law”).
We will keep said information collected about you confidential, both due to the obligations we are bound by under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and due to the duty of medical confidentiality we are bound by under the Patient’s Rights Law.
We will make use of the personal information about you for the purpose of providing the Services that you requested, in accordance with the legal and professional obligations applicable to use under the law and the instructions of the Ministry of Health.
Additionally, we may use information about you in an anonymized manner for research purposes.
We may share personal information about you with the following third parties under the following circumstances: (a) third parties that provide us with services for the purpose of providing the Services that you requested; (b) the HMO or insurance company providing coverage for the Services provided to you by us; (c) the Ministry of Health or anyone operating on their behalf, by virtue of its supervisory authority over us; (d) should we be obligated by law or court order to provide information about you to any third party; (e) in accordance with the Patient’s Rights Law; (f) in any dispute, claim, lawsuit, demand or legal proceedings, if any, between you and us or anyone operating on our behalf; (g) with your consent or per your instruction; (h) a third party that may acquire our operations or a part thereof, whom shall be subject to this privacy policy.
To clarify, information is collected and managed by the Dr. Levinger Medical Centers Group in a centralized manner, and upon its disclosure to one of the companies comprising the group, it is disclosed to the other companies comprising the group, subject to any law.
The Dr. Levinger Medical Centers Group may contact you with updates, advertising and marketing information with the purpose of promoting the purchase of products or services, or promoting the expenditure of funds in another way, as well as any other messages from the companies in the Dr. Levinger Medical Centers Group by means of electronic messages, brief text messages and/or any other means or way.
You may be contacted by direct mailing, i.e. based on your characteristics, and such mailing may be made by any of the Dr. Levinger Medical Centers Group companies in accordance with certain characteristics of yours based on information that the Dr. Levinger Medical Centers Group has collected about you or that you provided as said in the Privacy Policy.
